CRE MARKETING at CAMA Group (Hindustan Marketing Company). Track leads generated by social media marketing/ ATL-BTL promotions, contact the customer and communicate specific lead to the appropriate sales person.
What you'll do
- Track leads generated by social media marketing/ ATL-BTL promotions, contact the customer and communicate specific lead to the appropriate sales person
- Track lead creation through CRM by sales personnel on the ground
- Track customer interface through influencer meets, electrician meets and verify through customer feedback and random verification through visits
- Addresses all queries raised by customers through toll free call and other online platforms and escalates as applicable
- Collates key customer data and wishes them on special occasions
