About the role
As a Design Manager at WSP, you will lead and manage design projects within the Water sector. Working closely with the Project Director and Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering design activities and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and UK regulations. They possess an innovative mindset, are willing to take on new challenges, and are comfortable working on significant and complex projects or programmes of work.
What you'll do
- Provide leadership and direction for BIM and digital delivery across multiple UK Water projects and frameworks
- Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with business, client, and project objectives
- Support business growth through digital solutions, innovation, and BIM capability enhancement
- Contribute to regional and global digital transformation initiatives
- Support business planning, forecasting, resource planning, and capability development activities
