About the role
The role involves technical leadership, project management, client engagement, team development, and ensuring high-quality design outputs in line with UK standards (Eurocode standards). The Associate will act as a key link between clients, project teams, and senior leadership, driving technical excellence and commercial success.
What you'll do
- Design of a range of Overhead Line Circuits at voltages ranging from 11kV to 400kV
- Prepare feasibility study reports to meet brief requirements in the agreed format and review with the PM/PD of Structures
- Designing of transmission tower, with the use of PLS Tower & PLS CADD software for transmission line design
- Create all associated Engineering Design calculations and documentation
- Support the creation of all necessary material bill of quantity schedules
