About the role
The role supports successful project delivery from India by closely interfacing with UK Project Managers and Project Directors to meet contractual, programme, governance, and reporting requirements. The role carries responsibility for leading and growing the Project Management discipline as part of an integrated UK–India delivery model, contributing across the full project lifecycle—from early-stage planning through design, construction, and closeout.
What you'll do
- Lead the delivery of contracted Project Management services for WSP across medium to high‑complexity engineering consultancy and infrastructure projects
- Provide Project leadership to UK-based Projects across RIBA Stages 0 to 7, ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, programme, and quality standards
- Own and drive project planning, tracking, and monitoring activities to achieve successful outcomes across safety, cost, time, and quality
- Lead the development, maintenance, and continual update of project programmes, risk registers, action trackers, and issue logs
- Monitor and report on key project performance metrics using WSP systems and agreed governance and reporting frameworks
