About the role
Associate - Roads is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering UK Local Government projects to the required technical, quality, cost, and programme standards. The role ensures designs are robust, compliant with UK standards and legislation, and delivered through effective leadership of a multidisciplinary team in GCC India.
What you'll do
- Responsible for planning, managing, and delivering UK Local Government projects to the required technical, quality, cost, and programme standards
- Lead the day‑to‑day project management and technical delivery of a portfolio of UK Local Government schemes from GCC India
- Act as a technical specialist, developing and applying advanced engineering approaches to complex and unique design challenges
- Drive innovation in design methods, digital tools, and delivery processes
- Ensure projects meet the agreed budget, programme, and technical standards and remain compliant with QA, CDM, Sustainability, and HSE obligations
