About the role
The role involves technical leadership, project management, client engagement, team development, and ensuring high-quality design outputs in line with UK standards (Eurocode standards). The Associate will act as a key link between clients, project teams, and senior leadership, driving technical excellence and commercial success.
What you'll do
- Lead structural design for medium to large building projects using Eurocodes and UK best practices
- Provide high-level technical review and approval of calculations, drawings, and reports
- Drive innovative, safe, and sustainable design solutions
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and project standards
- Oversee digital engineering tools (Revit, Tekla/structural BIM workflows)
