About the role
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Associate / Associate Technical Director – Roads to join our UK GCC Highways team in India. This is a leadership role focused on driving high-quality delivery of UK highways design projects, working closely with UK-based teams and supporting large-scale infrastructure programmes.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of UK highway design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Act as a technical specialist, applying advanced engineering principles to solve complex design challenges
- Drive innovation in design approaches, methodologies, and digital tools
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation and delivery outcomes
- Ensure compliance with QA, CDM, Sustainability, and HSE standards
