About the role
WSP is looking for an experienced Town Planner to join our GCC team based in India to support town planning and consenting inputs on major and nationally significant infrastructure projects in the UK via the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Planning Act 2008 and Transport and Works Act Order. The successful candidates will have demonstrable experience of working within multidisciplinary teams on major infrastructure projects.
What you'll do
- Provide consenting inputs on major infrastructure projects (DCOs, DNSs, TWAOs etc) and providing technical advice to clients and managing their consenting requirements…
- Managing the GCC Infrastructure Planning team to deliver framework/major projects to the highest quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies that align with organisational and framework objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Facilitate cross-regional and multidisciplinary collaboration
