About the role
As an Associate at WSP you will lead and manage the Waste Water Modelling Team having to manage a sizeable Team of Drainage Engineers. You will be working closely with UK business and with Team Leader – Waste Water Modelling in order to help out in resourcing needs and commercial side of the Projects.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the Waste Water Modelling Team having to manage a sizeable Team of Drainage Engineers
- Be working closely with UK business and with Team Leader – Waste Water Modelling in order to help out in resourcing needs and commercial side of the Projects
- Report to the Team Leader for Asset Consultancy
- Also be responsible for Technical assurance, winning work, manage and control Projects and Project budgets and helping out on recruitments
- Be overseeing engineering design work and ensuring compliance with best practices and UK regulations
