About the role
Land Surveying Services team has a requirement for a BIM Engineer role to assist in creating and managing detailed BIM models using point cloud data and various BIM software in compliance with WSP in the United Kingdom (UK) CAD & BIM ISO 19650 standards. This role requires proficiency in Recap, AutoCAD, and Revit with optional skills in Civil 3D, N4ce and other point cloud-based software.
What you'll do
- Perform AutoCAD drafting and sheet preparation
- Develop and manage Revit models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems
- Create and modify Revit families as needed
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
