About the role
WSP India is currently seeking a BIM Technician to join our Bridges Department, located at our Mumbai/Noida office. This position will be responsible for the delivery of producing detailed bridge and structural drawings for various Canadian projects, including bridges, LRT components, retaining walls, and other related structures.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the delivery of producing detailed bridge and structural drawings for various Canadian projects, including bridges, LRT components, retaining walls
- Play a crucial role in our design and development process
- Also be responsible for collaborating with the engineering team to ensure that designs are accurate and comply with industry standards
- Lead project set up by agreeing drawing strategy, type and size of drawings and drawing numbering with project engineer
- Manage production of work, review and ensure it is carried out to specified WSP I CAD standards, suggest revisions to standards as appropriate
