About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated BIM Technician - ICT & ELV to join our Technology Systems team in India , supporting projects across the APAC region . The role combines technical & design knowledge with responsibility for delivering complex ICT and telecommunications systems across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, aviation, transportation, commercial developments, mixed-use developments and Majorly data centres Projects
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for building technology systems, including ICT, telecommunications, ELV, security, and audio-visual systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of building technology systems within the BIM environment
- Perform 3D model coordination, clash detection, and clash resolution using BIM software to identify and resolve system conflicts during the design and construction stages
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM standards, modelling practices, coordination procedures, and BIM workflows
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of BIM models, drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation
