About the role
We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic CAD Technician to join the ‘UK iCRC Highways/Civil, Bridge & Ground/Rail’ CAD/BIM team in Bengaluru to work alongside our UK Highways/Civil, Bridge & Ground/Rail Engineering disciplines. The successful candidate will be working in a team environment to develop and deliver projects through various stages of design from feasibility to planning/detailed design and construction.
What you'll do
- Be working and supporting on a range of infrastructure schemes to independently develop engineering drawings in accordance with the relevant standards
- Be expected to play a proactive part in the design process and to be active on several projects at any given time
- Be contributing to all types of projects
- Be using MicroStation, AECOsim/Open Building Designer, ProjectWise, AutoCAD, Revit MEP and other engineering BIM software for the production and development of drawings
- Read and adher to all relevant policies and procedures for Health and Safety including the H&S Policy, H&S Manual, and Local Procedures Manual
