About the role
The Engineer / Senior Engineer – Building Technology Systems (BTS) will support the design and delivery of ICT, AV, security and ELV systems for commercial, hospitality, residential, mixed-use, healthcare and infrastructure projects, from concept through construction documentation, in line with project requirements, standards and authority regulations.
What you'll do
- Design BTS systems including ICT, AV, security, ELV, telecommunications, Wi-Fi, VMS, ANPR, intercom, visitor management, parking, DAS, smart building and IoT systems
- Prepare concept, schematic, detailed design and tender deliverables
- Develop layouts, risers, schematics, rack elevations and equipment schedules
- Perform system sizing, calculations and capacity assessments
- Prepare technical specifications and basis of design reports
