About the role
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work for mechanical projects. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical systems, as applicable. Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, and labour cost calculations.
What you'll do

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical systems, as applicable
- Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, and labour cost calculations
- Prepare tender submissions, commercial proposals, and cost breakdowns
- Coordinate with design, procurement, project, and commercial teams to clarify technical and commercial requirements
