About the role
This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Regional Directors, Finance Business Partners, external vendors, and other senior leaders across countries, to address queries, resolve issues, and support consistent finance processes.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and review EPM data uploads across countries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
- Follow up on missing information and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with country finance teams, regional stakeholders, and implementation team to resolve EPM-related queries, data issues, and process dependencies
- Analyse structures, cost estimates, budgets, controls, and related financial information to support effective FP&A decision-making
- Perform and coordinate monthly reconciliations to ensure ERP and HFM balances are aligned with the new EPM tool and follow up on anomalies through to resolution
