About the role
GCC UK Building Services is an established team and is responsible for delivering comprehensive planning, design, and consultancy services, to both private and public sector clients in the UK. Projects vary from small single discipline tasks to supporting major multidisciplinary projects.
What you'll do
- Responsible for delivering comprehensive planning, design, and consultancy services, to both private and public sector clients in the UK
- Be responsible for the health, safety & welfare of the team
- Work closely with UK Building Services leadership team and be a member of the India Senior Management Team
- Be responsible for the operational, financial and commercial delivery of projects undertaken by the team
- Take full responsibility for the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and growth of the Building Services team
