What you'll do
- Employee Engagement & Employee Connect
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and workplace culture
- Organize employee recognition programs, rewards, celebrations, festival events, birthdays, work anniversaries, sports activities, employee's day initiatives
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions, skip-level meetings, and shop-floor interactions to understand employee concerns and improve communication
- Carry out employee satisfaction surveys and prepare action plans based on feedback
