WSP is currently seeking a Lead Proposal Coordinator to support our Strategic Growth Team, US . The person is responsible for end-to-end proposal development and delivery for US pursuits, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely submissions., The right candidate is an empathetic colleague who works to build community through positivity and who can bring home the win!
What you'll do
- Responsible for end-to-end proposal development and delivery for US pursuits, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely submissions
- Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including kickoff, planning, content integration, compliance checks, submission, and post-submission archiving/debrief
- Coordinate with technical SMEs, business, graphics, and support functions to gather inputs, drive alignment, and ensure timely delivery of all proposal components
- Develop and refine high-quality proposal content, including executive summaries, project descriptions, and resumes, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Ensure strict compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements, including formatting, branding, document accuracy, and completeness
