About the role
WSP is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – Graphics Design to support our Strategic Growth Team, US. This role will lead the delivery of high-quality visual communications, with particular emphasis on cohesive, long-form proposal documents that organize complex content, strengthen strategic messaging, and remain practical for multidisciplinary teams to develop collaboratively.
What you'll do
- Lead the delivery of high-quality visual communications, with particular emphasis on cohesive, long-form proposal documents that organize complex content
- Lead the development of cohesive, long-form proposals and related business development documents, using page architecture, hierarchy, typography, imagery, graphics
- Develop scalable, well-constructed InDesign documents and template systems that support efficient collaboration among proposal coordinators, writers
- Ensure all design outputs are high quality, visually consistent, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with WSP’s visual brand standards
- Provide creative direction and graphics support for strategic pursuits, high-visibility initiatives, and business development priorities
