What you'll do
- Perform daily setup and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring requests are processed accurately and within agreed service levels
- Serve as the first point of contact for client operational enquiries, providing timely updates and coordinating resolution across internal stakeholder groups
- Triage and escalate issues to the appropriate teams including Client Services, Integration, Sales
- Conduct routine operational health checks, including execution of test trades, to verify platform functionality and identify potential issues before they impact clients
- Support clients trading: Indian Government Bonds through Tradeweb's connectivity with CCIL
