About the role
This role provides Level 2 functional production support, investigates complex finance-system issues, and delivers controlled configuration changes across Oracle Fusion Financials. Working closely with Finance stakeholders, Global ERP teams, technical teams, and managed service providers, the analyst helps maintain a stable, compliant, and scalable global solution while improving the user experience and supporting evolving business needs
What you'll do
- Working closely with Finance stakeholders, Global ERP teams, technical teams, and managed service providers, the analyst helps maintain a stable, compliant
- Provide Level 2 functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials, with primary focus on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Subledger Accounting
- Investigate incidents and accounting or transaction exceptions, perform root-cause analysis
- Monitor, run, and troubleshoot scheduled processes, interfaces, data loads, and integrations that support Finance operations
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including issue triage and resolution of critical processing exceptions
