About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Principal Consultant to join our growing advisory team, with a focus on technical due diligence in data centres and digital infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Supporting the delivery of technical and commercial due diligence assignments for investors, lenders, and developers across the data centre sector (hyperscale
- Supporting investment cases and business plans, including capex benchmarking, lifecycle costs, and expansion strategies
- Advising on operational performance, asset management practices, and risk identification across portfolios
- Providing technical and commercial input into bids and pursuits, shaping competitive proposals through robust asset and demand insights to strengthen proposals
- Working on cross-sector digital infrastructure projects, including telecoms, fibre networks, and energy interface with DC assets
