About the role
The role will be responsible for leading project setup, cost control, scheduling, documentation, forecasting, reporting, subcontract coordination, and project performance monitoring across infrastructure and engineering projects. Project Setup, Cost Control & Financial Analysis
What you'll do
- Responsible for leading project setup, cost control, scheduling, documentation, forecasting, reporting, subcontract coordination
- Provide strategic coordination for project setup and cost control activities, including the Pricing Tool, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Opening Form (POF)
- Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders to drive monthly project reviews, forecaster updates
- Lead and control key project documentation, including the Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Project Safety Plan, Quality Plan
- Ensure project records are accurate, complete, current, properly filed, and aligned with internal governance, quality, safety, risk, and delivery requirements
