What you'll do
- Ensure alignment with client expectations and deadlines by coordinating with billing, finance, and project teams to manage accounts receivable, timesheets, expenses
- Prepare billing drafts, compile and verify monthly invoices, and ensure accurate manual data entry and mapping to final invoice sheets
- Manage project setup, budgeting, task assignments, and closeout activities in Oracle Horizon , including maintaining WBS structures, processing time transfers
- Support financial analysis and reporting by using financial systems to track project performance metrics, generate monthly accruals
- Collaborate with design teams to collect engineering progress data for Earned Value (EV) analysis and maintain accurate tracking of planned value, actual cost
