About the role
WSP is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Lead to establish and lead practical QA practices for our Digital Environment development team. This hands-on role will define quality strategy, improve delivery processes, guide testing activities, and promote shared ownership of quality across the software development lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Define and implement a practical QA strategy, operating model, standards, roadmap, and supporting templates
- Assess current practices, identify quality risks and process gaps, and prioritize measurable improvements
- Establish quality gates, release-readiness practices, defect workflows, and test evidence expectations
- Test Planning, Automation & Execution
- Lead risk-based test planning for features, integrations, data workflows, and production releases
