About the role
WSP is seeking a Senior Consultant – Waste Advisory with at least eight years of relevant experience to join our growing Environmental and Sustainability team in Bengaluru, Noida or Mumbai. Working closely with our Middle East Advisory Services team, the successful candidate will lead and support the delivery of high-quality waste management and circular economy advisory services across buildings, masterplans, infrastructure and major development projects.
What you'll do
- Lead the preparation of waste management strategies, plans and technical studies for buildings, masterplans, infrastructure and major development projects
- Develop circular economy, resource recovery, waste minimisation, diversion and zero-waste strategies aligned with project objectives and applicable policy requirements
- Plan and assess waste collection, storage, transfer, handling, treatment, recovery and disposal systems, including option appraisal and technology evaluation
- Manage day-to-day project delivery, including scope, programme, budget, risks, resourcing
- Lead client and stakeholder engagement, including coordination meetings, technical workshops
