About the role
WSP India is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to join its Bridges team in Bengaluru. The role involves leading and delivering multidisciplinary bridge design projects including highway and pedestrian bridges, retaining walls, drainage structures, and special structures. You will work as part of the Nordics GCC Bridge team, taking a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for technical delivery, quality, and project coordination.
What you'll do
- Work as part of the Nordics GCC Bridge team, taking a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for technical delivery, quality, and project coordination
- Training and guidance will be provided as required
- Lead feasibility studies, analysis, and design of bridges and associated civil structures
- Deliver preliminary and detailed designs for bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and drainage structures
- Perform bridge assessments, load ratings, rehabilitation, and strengthening designs
