Are you an experienced Senior Product Designer who thrives on solving complex problems and creating intuitive digital experiences? As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping enterprise-scale products that simplify complexity and enable users to work more efficiently and effectively.
What you'll do
- Also help strengthen our design culture by championing user-centred design practices, contributing to our design system, and mentoring other designers
- Lead the design of complex enterprise applications from discovery through delivery
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, shape solutions, and drive outcomes
- Conduct user research, validate concepts, and use insights to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
