About the role
Associate - Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying is responsible for providing commercial leadership across UK projects, managing end‑to‑end cost management services, and leading the India QS teams in coordination with UK counterparts. The role demands a balance of technical expertise, team leadership, client interface capabilities, business development support, and capability building.
What you'll do
- Responsible for providing commercial leadership across UK projects, managing end‑to‑end cost management services
- Build and lead a high‑performing QS team through resource planning, mentorship, performance reviews, and workload allocation
- Establish engagement models, SLAs, RACIs,and manage mobilisation and transitions with UK teams
- Implement QA/QC gates—checklists, peer reviews, and senior sign‑off—to ensure right‑first‑time outputs
- Serve as the primary commercial interface for UK project leads, PMs, and designers
