About the role
We are seeking a highly capable Team Leader – Data Analytics (P4) to lead and manage the Data Analytics function within the UK&I Transport & Infrastructure PMO GCC .
What you'll do
- Responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and data-driven analytics solutions across data engineering, visualisation, reporting, automation
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Data Analytics professionals within the GCC
- Provide day-to-day leadership across analytics delivery, team priorities, and performance outcomes
- Drive resource planning, workload allocation, and delivery prioritisation across multiple concurrent projects and PMO initiatives
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain talent aligned to business growth and capability requirements
