About the role
The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of individuals with maritime structures, master planning services designs, predominantly for maritime background working as part of a team. Taking a Lead role in project design work, focused on production and liaison with the WSP India Australian (AU) Team and mentoring and coaching junior members of the team.
What you'll do
- Taking a Lead role in project design work, focused on production and liaison with the WSP India Australian (AU) Team and mentoring and coaching junior members of the team
- Implement delivery and quality measurement processes
- Develop positive professional relationship with the WSP AU Team, communicating openly about project progress
- Supervise, coordinate and support other project Engineers and CAD Technicians
- Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
