Trade Surveillance

About the role

Move first and never stop. This role forms a core part of Tradeweb’s global Surveillance function, with primary responsibility for daily alert disposition and case management, while contributing to the enhancement of the Surveillance framework through work on alert design, calibration and dashboard development.

What you'll do

• Conduct the daily review and analysis of surveillance alerts to ensure timely escalation and effective case management
• Perform quality assurance reviews of closed alerts handled by other Surveillance Officers to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Prepare and submit market abuse notifications to relevant regulatory authorities
• Produce management information (MI) to support recurring reports, board-level presentations, and regulatory submissions
• Support the integration of new business initiatives into the surveillance framework, ensuring monitoring coverage and alignment with control requirements
