Asset & Wealth Management (Private)– Real Estate Asset Management Analyst - Bengaluru at Candidate Experience site - Interim Campus Acquisition and CW. Develop and maintain levered cash flow models and present key profit metrics, including IRR and Equity Multiple.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain levered cash flow models and present key profit metrics, including IRR and Equity Multiple
- Support ongoing investment performance monitoring by analysing operating results, valuation movements, and key drivers of returns
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in investment analytics
- Review third party appraisal reports and assess assumptions, methodologies and recommended valuation adjustments
- Manage lease, construction, and rent roll data to support forecasting, valuation and asset level decision making
