About the role
To manage the financial activities of the school by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the administration in effective budgetary planning and control.
What you'll do
- Financial Management & Accounting
- Maintain accurate books of accounts (cash book, ledgers, journals, etc.)
- Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Manage accounts payable (vendor bills, staff reimbursements) and accounts receivable (student fees, grants, donations)
- Monitor and reconcile fee collections with student records
