About the role

The Admissions Counsellor is the first point of contact for prospective families and plays a key role in shaping the school’s image and enrollment outcomes. This role is responsible for guiding families through the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience that reflects the school’s values and academic excellence.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students
• Provide information on curriculum, school culture, policies, tuition, and enrollment procedures
• Conduct campus tours, virtual sessions, open houses, and admissions events
• Develop strong relationships with prospective families to guide them through the decision-making process
• Support applicants through every stage of the admissions process: inquiry, application, assessments/interviews, acceptance, and enrollment
