About the role

To lead a high-quality basketball program that promotes skill development, teamwork, physical fitness, and character building. The Basketball Coach will plan and conduct training sessions, mentor students across skill levels, and prepare teams for internal and external competitions while fostering a love for the game in a safe and inclusive environment.

What you'll do

• Deliver structured basketball coaching sessions focusing on fundamentals (dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, positioning, and game strategy)
• Foster individual and team development through progressive drills, scrimmages, and fitness routines
• Design a basketball curriculum aligned with the school’s physical education and extracurricular objectives
• Plan seasonal calendars including practice sessions, tournaments, and inter-house matches
• Support student-athletes in balancing academics and sports participation
