About the role
To plan and implement a dynamic and inclusive cricket program that develops students’ technical skills, game understanding, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The coach will train students across age groups and skill levels and prepare them for internal and external competitions while promoting a lifelong interest in the sport.
What you'll do
- Conduct regular cricket coaching sessions focusing on batting, bowling, fielding, and match strategy
- Teach cricket fundamentals such as grip, stance, footwork, shot selection, bowling action, and catching techniques
- Provide tailored coaching for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players
- Design a cricket curriculum aligned with physical education goals and the school's sports philosophy
- Create seasonal training plans, team selection processes, and development pathways for students
