About the role
To inspire students through high-quality drama instruction that promotes creativity, confidence, communication skills, and an appreciation for performing arts. The Drama Teacher will design and deliver a robust drama program aligned with international education standards.
What you'll do
- Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons in line with the school’s curriculum (e.g., IB MYP/DP, IGCSE/A Levels, American Common Core)
- Teach drama theory and performance skills including improvisation, voice, movement, script work, and stagecraft
- Encourage self-expression, teamwork, and risk-taking in a supportive environment
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Develop a comprehensive and progressive drama curriculum
