About the role
The IBDP Psychology Facilitator is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching of IB Diploma Programme Psychology (SL & HL) in alignment with the standards of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) . The facilitator will help students understand human behavior through scientific methods, critical thinking, and research-based learning while preparing them for IB assessments.
What you'll do
- Teach IBDP Psychology (SL & HL) as per IB curriculum guidelines
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons using inquiry-based and research-driven teaching strategies
- Facilitate discussions on biological, cognitive, and sociocultural approaches to behavior
- Integrate real-life case studies and psychological research into lessons
- Design formative and summative assessments aligned with IB standards
