About the role
The Keyboard Facilitator is responsible for teaching keyboard skills and music fundamentals to students across different grade levels. The facilitator will help students develop musical skills, rhythm, creativity, and performance confidence while supporting school music programs and events.
What you'll do
- Teach keyboard techniques to students of various age groups and skill levels
- Develop structured lesson plans for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners
- Teach basic to advanced keyboard skills including scales, chords, finger exercises, and melody playing
- Introduce students to basic music theory , rhythm, and notation reading
- Train students in hand coordination, posture, and timing
