About the role
The Lab Facilitator supports the effective and safe operation of the science laboratories by preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting teachers and students during practical sessions. The facilitator ensures that all science experiments and lab activities comply with health and safety standards, and helps create an engaging, hands-on learning environment for students.
What you'll do
- Lab Preparation & Support
- Prepare chemicals, specimens, equipment, and other resources required for science practical classes (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics)
- Assist teachers and students during laboratory sessions, providing technical support and guidance as needed
- Set up and dismantle lab equipment before and after experiments
- Maintain high standards of health and safety within the science labs
