The role involves providing individual and group counseling, guiding students through academic and personal challenges, and promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
What you'll do
- Student Counseling & Support
- Provide confidential, age-appropriate individual and group counseling sessions
- Support students dealing with academic stress, emotional difficulties, peer relationships, family concerns, identity issues, and other personal challenges
- Develop and implement intervention strategies for students in need of additional support
- Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) & Wellbeing
