About the role
To develop and deliver a structured and engaging tennis program that supports physical development, technical skill, sportsmanship, and personal growth. The Tennis Coach will guide students at beginner through advanced levels and prepare them for intra-school and external competitions as appropriate.
What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality tennis coaching sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Teach core tennis skills including grip, footwork, strokes (forehand, backhand, serve, volley), match strategy, and scoring
- Create a supportive learning environment that promotes confidence, fitness, and enjoyment of the sport
- Provide differentiated instruction for beginners, intermediates, and advanced players
- Design and implement a progressive tennis curriculum aligned with physical education standards and co-curricular goals
