About the role
We are seeking a Data Privacy professional with strong expertise in privacy regulations, data protection frameworks, contract management, and compliance advisory. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in privacy assessments, risk management, regulatory compliance, and client-facing consulting engagements.
What you'll do
- Drafting and negotiating client contracts and data processing agreements
- Performing risk assessments based on widely accepted industry standards
- Adept in performing privacy impact assessments basis the agreed contractual requirements and applicable privacy laws
- Ensure that company policies are in compliance with codes of practice such as BCRs
- Devise training plans and provide data protection advice to staff members
