This position collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Guidewire-based technical solutions that support complex business initiatives. The role acts as a knowledgeable resource to provide system-level views of technology and devise technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Provides guidance, mentorship, training, and day-to-day leadership to direct-reporting Agile development team members across Guidewire PolicyCenter and Jutro disciplines
- Sets clear performance and delivery expectations, provides timely and constructive feedback, recognizes strengths
- Builds a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes knowledge sharing, continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and ownership of outcomes
- Monitors team commitments, capacity, delivery risks, and impediments; partners with Product Owners and delivery stakeholders to maintain transparency and remove obstacles
