- Development & Delivery — Oversees development quality and delivery across multiple large-scale initiatives; establishes engineering best practices organization-wide
- Technical Leadership — Serves as the primary technical authority across assigned domains and teams; drives technical direction and continuous improvement at scale
- Production Stability — Owns resolution strategy for critical, cross-system production incidents
- Stakeholder Engagement — Advises leadership on technical risk, tradeoffs, and roadmap decisions
