What you'll do
- Lead GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformation initiatives across engineering teams
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, Vector DBs, embeddings, and AI-powered engineering solutions
- Drive adoption of SDD (Spec Driven Development) and AI-assisted software delivery practices
- Integrate AI capabilities with GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, SonarQube, and developer toolchains
- Define transformation roadmaps and engage stakeholders to deliver measurable business value
