What you'll do
- Provide L2/L3 production support for IBM Guardium/Imperva Database Security solutions, including agent troubleshooting (GIM, STAP, ATAP), appliance support, patching
- Manage change requests, JIRA updates, and support database security operations in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
