What you'll do
- The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective production planning, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation
- Prepare and maintain draft Master Production Schedules (MPS) by considering demand changes, distribution requirements, production exceptions, line balancing
- Finalize and publish MPS after validating production constraints, resolving escalations, and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze scheduling insights and refine production plans based on inputs received from Materials, Factory Operations, and PIPO teams
- Conduct weekly Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) reviews with plant teams to refresh MPS, assess short-term risks, and validate necessary plan adjustments
